Announcement - Starting at Le Cordon Bleu!

Brief little announcement, with some very exciting news!! I will be studying at Le Cordon Bleu in London for the next three months to gain my basic patisserie certificate and I could not be more excited. I had my orientation today and I am just so ready to start! Unfortunately my first class isn’t actually until next Tuesday (4 WHOLE DAYS AWAY! HOW WILL I COPE WITH THE WAITING??? Oh right… Probably bake), but I’ll make sure to keep you up to date with how that’s going and I’ll be sure to add in any applicable useful tips and tricks I learn into my coming recipes.

Before then though, I have three recipes to upload (coming soon). All were made for today’s Macmillan coffee morning, a nationwide coffee morning hosted by members of the public to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. A cause near and dear to my heart. If you missed out on the coffee morning, why not try one of the upcoming recipes and host a belated one yourself? Or, if you’re feeling generous, donate at https://www.macmillan.org.uk/donate. Your money goes towards supporting those with cancer and their families. It’s a really worthwhile cause and worth a little read of what they do.
